企画・アイデア等のご提案に関して

当社では特別に募集を告知した場合を除いて、企画・キャラクター・文書・アイデア等のご提案を受け付けておりません。
当社内では独自に企画開発をおこなっておりますが、企画内容が皆さまから頂いたご提案内容の全部または一部が意図せずに類似してしまうこともあります。
ご提案くださった皆さまとの間に無用な誤解を生じさせないため、以下の措置を取らせて頂きます。

1. 当社はご提案頂いた内容を検討・評価・採用・回答いたしません。
2. 万一、当社の作品がご提案頂いた内容の全部または一部と同一もしくは類似していても、当社は皆様のご提案を基に当社作品を企画開発することはなく、対価の支払い含め一切の責任を負いません。
3. 当社はご提案にかかる資料等については速やかに開封せずに破棄いたします。
4. 当社は求人応募に係るポートフォリオ等の選考作品集について、応募者の採用可否の判断以外に用いることはありません。また、指定応募書類以外の添付については、一切選考いたしません。

Regarding submission of project ideas and proposals

Please note that we do not accept proposals for plans, characters, materials, ideas, etc. from the general public, unless we have specifically announced an open call for such submissions.
Although we develop and plan our own original projects, there is a possibility that we may unintentionally receive proposals that are similar in whole or in part to our original plans.
In order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings for the people who submitted, we will take the following measures:

1. We will not review, evaluate, adopt, or respond to your proposal.
2. Even in the unlikely event that our work is identical or similar in whole or in part to your proposal, we will not plan or develop our work based on your proposal, and we will not be liable for any compensation.
3. We will promptly destroy all materials related to your proposal without opening or reading them.
4. We will not use the portfolio or any other works submitted as part of a job application, for any purpose other than to make a decision on whether or not to hire the applicant. We will not select or review any materials other than those specified in the open call for applications.
